H&M Fashion Against AIDS 2010 Launch Party

Last Wednesday, H&M's 42nd Street store hosted a music + fashion festival to launch their Fashion Against AIDS collection. And if you recall my previous post on the event, H&M's Battle of the Bands winner -- White Lights -- brought the house down with their electro-pop-indie-rock set. There was plenty of finger food going around and a massive open bar all night. And what better compliments music, food and drink other than a fantastic collection perfect for summer! I loved all of the tribal inspired pieces and the price points were anywhere from $19.95 to $79.95. And the best part: 25% of the sales from the collection will be donated to youth HIV/AIDS awareness projects. Check out some of my images from the event below:

I completely fell in love with this H&M beaded jacket that quite a few fashionistas were spotted running around in:

Here are some shoppers, models, mannequins and Nitrolicious:

Lauren Christine was my date for the evening. She looked fantastic in her Chloe-inspired H&M attire:
On Lauren Christine: bustier + skirt from H&M, rose gold watch from Michael Kors and lace up booties from Aldo

and the winner is...The White Lights.

Gaby is right...how many times does one have to request an H&M for Texas? Austin would be a great place to start...
