Mulberry coat, Equipment cashmere sweater, MSGM skirt, Falke tights, Lanvin flats, and Woolrich hat.
Unfortunately, winter is not finished with us here in the Northeast. Just last week, the temperatures were spring-like. Today, back to the blistering cold and sharp winds.
Each winter season, I pick up a new coat to carry me through the cold months. You know, the investment piece. My Mulberry Toscana is just that, courtesy of Net-A-Porter.com. Despite the 3/4 sleeves, my Toscana has been an excellent layering piece with range. From denim days to dress, my Toscana has only heightened my look, hence the importance of a strong coat in your wardrobe. Hopefully, I'll be packing my Toscana away for warmer weather and soon.
MSGM was an accidental discovery. I was browsing ModaOperandi.com, when I came across that darling circle skirt. I've since acquired a few more and a mild obsession with the brand. Launched in 2009 by former DJ Massimo Giorgetti, MSGM is an Italian brand loaded with modern pieces in bright colors and interesting shapes. Thus far, I've only seen a few pieces from his S/S 2014 collection online. I look forward to the full collection in stores, once the temperature steadily climbs.
