South America 2009: The Mountains of Bariloche

Friday, June 26, 2009

Here are two videos that I made during my trip to Bariloche, Argentina. The views were absolutely breath - taking and I don't think my feeble shots do them any justice. Please enjoy my mindless commentary as I was pretty much terrified being thousands upon thousands of miles from sea level.

The first video (to the left) was taken on a smaller mountain trail whereas the second, (to the right) from the mama of all mountains in Barlioche called "Catedral." And that white cloudy mass above one mountain in the distance I am told is a volcanic mountain. Amazing right?

Better commentary than National Geographic! Hungry, cold, tired and scared me : ) It was absolutely beautiful though. I feel extremely fortunate to have been there.
